PKR93 Terms and Conditions — Rules & User Agreement for Pakistani Players

Welcome to PKR93 (referred to throughout these Terms as "pkr93", "we", "us" or "our"). PKR93 operates an online sports betting and gaming platform accessible at pkr93.app and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "user", "you") and pkr93 governing your access to and use of the platform, including all betting, gaming, deposit, withdrawal and promotional services offered by pkr93.

By registering an account on pkr93, depositing funds, placing a bet or accessing any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pkr93 platform.

PKR93 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the pkr93 platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the pkr93 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR93 operates a strict 18+ policy. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and all funds returned or forfeited as appropriate.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid payment method registered in your own name.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended pkr93 account. Each individual is entitled to one account only.
• You must not be accessing pkr93 from a jurisdiction where online betting or gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

PKR93 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected. You agree to provide any documentation requested within the timeframe specified by the pkr93 support team. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkr93 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. PKR93 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Contact pkr93 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Any bet placed, deposit made or withdrawal requested using your login credentials will be considered to have been made by you, regardless of whether you authorised that action, unless you have previously notified pkr93 in writing that your account has been compromised. PKR93 accepts no liability for losses incurred through the use of your account by a third party where you have not taken appropriate steps to secure your credentials.

PKR93 uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all sessions and does not store card numbers or payment credentials in plain text. However, the security of your device and your login information remains your own responsibility.

All deposits to your pkr93 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet — instant credit)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet — instant credit)
• NayaPay (mobile wallet — instant credit)
• SadaPay (mobile wallet — instant credit)
• Bank transfer via IBFT (same-day credit)
• Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit on pkr93 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional identity verification in accordance with pkr93's KYC obligations.

Funds deposited to your pkr93 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including payments made from a family member's Easypaisa or JazzCash account — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

PKR93 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its discretion if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms. Deposits are non-refundable once they have been used to place bets.

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time through the pkr93 withdrawal interface. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and ideally to the same method used for your most recent deposit.
• KYC verification must be complete before pkr93 will process any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day.
• IBFT bank withdrawals are processed the same working day for requests submitted before 4:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time.
• PKR93 charges no withdrawal fees. Your payment provider's own charges, if any, are separate.

Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements and conditions stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will not form part of any withdrawal request.

PKR93 may delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a pending investigation, unresolved KYC verification, a suspected breach of these Terms or any indication of fraudulent activity. In such cases, pkr93 will notify you as promptly as possible and request any documentation required to resolve the situation.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on pkr93, including cricket, football, PSL and virtual sports:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to confirmation by the pkr93 system. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation reference number. PKR93 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that are believed to exploit pricing errors.
• Pricing Errors: If a market is offered at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, pkr93 reserves the right to void bets placed at that price and refund stakes. Systematic exploitation of pricing errors is a breach of these Terms.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum time required to determine a result, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport (e.g., minimum overs bowled for cricket markets to stand) are published in the pkr93 sport-specific betting rules.
• In-Play Betting: Bets placed on in-play markets reflect the situation at the time of bet submission. Delays in internet connectivity may mean a bet is placed at odds that differ from those displayed on screen. PKR93 will accept or reject such bets at its discretion based on whether the odds were materially different at the moment of acceptance.
• Maximum Payout: Individual event payouts on pkr93 are subject to a maximum win limit as displayed on the bet slip. Accumulator and parlay bets are also subject to overall payout limits.
• Void Bets: Any bet that pkr93 determines was placed in error, using a duplicate account, using misappropriated funds or in breach of these Terms may be declared void and the stake returned or forfeited depending on the circumstances.

The following rules apply to all live casino and card game products on pkr93, including but not limited to Live Roulette, Live Baccarat, Live Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger and live game shows:

• Minimum Stakes: Minimum stakes are displayed at each table. The general pkr93 minimum stake for live tables is Rs 50. Premium and VIP tables carry higher minimums as stated.
• Betting Windows: Each live table has a clearly displayed betting window countdown. Bets must be placed and confirmed before the betting window closes. pkr93 cannot accept bets placed after the window has closed and the dealing or spinning has commenced.
• Technical Disconnection: In the event of a disconnection during a live round, pkr93 systems will record the bet at the point of disconnection and apply the result once the round concludes. You may rejoin the table after reconnecting. PKR93 accepts no liability for bets missed due to your internet connection failing during a session.
• Dealer Decisions: Live dealer decisions made in accordance with the stated game rules are final. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the round in question via pkr93 customer support, providing the session ID and time of the round.
• Game Shows: Live game shows (including Crazy Time, Dream Catcher and Monopoly Live) are governed by the specific rules of each title as displayed within the game interface. PKR93 acts as the betting interface; the game logic is operated by the certified live studio provider.

PKR93 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. The following general bonus terms apply to all pkr93 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• One Bonus Per Member: Welcome bonuses are available to new pkr93 members making their first qualifying deposit only. Each member may claim each welcome bonus once. Duplicate accounts created to claim a bonus more than once constitute fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the individual promotion. Standard wagering requirements on pkr93 range from 5x to 10x the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Qualifying Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100% of the stake. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Virtual sports contributions will be stated per promotion. Check each promotion's specific terms for contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that have not been used within the validity period stated in the promotion will expire and be removed from your pkr93 account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Minimum Odds: Where a promotion specifies minimum odds for qualifying bets, bets placed at shorter odds will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• PKR93 Abuse Prevention: pkr93 monitors betting patterns and may withhold bonus payments or cancel promotions where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing bets on both sides of the same market, covering all outcomes or making low-risk bets designed only to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pkr93. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one pkr93 account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym or using another person's identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to interact with the pkr93 platform, place bets, claim bonuses or exploit any feature of the service.
• Exploiting pricing errors, bonus structures or technical glitches in a systematic or organised manner.
• Collusion with other members or third parties to fix betting outcomes, share information unfairly or manipulate pkr93 game results.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Using the pkr93 platform for money laundering, structured transactions designed to conceal the source of funds, or any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing pkr93 staff, support agents or other members in any communication channel.
• Sharing your pkr93 account with another person or allowing another person to place bets on your behalf using your account credentials.

PKR93 actively monitors account activity and betting patterns. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, pkr93 may suspend the account immediately, withhold pending withdrawals, void bets and conduct an internal investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited. PKR93 reserves the right to report relevant evidence to financial intelligence units and law enforcement agencies where required.

All content on the pkr93 platform, including but not limited to the pkr93 brand name, logo, website design, software, betting interfaces, promotional materials, text, images, graphics, audio and video content, is the intellectual property of pkr93 or its licensed content providers.

You may access and use pkr93 content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with the platform services. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, publish, transmit, display, sell or create derivative works based on any pkr93 content without express prior written permission from pkr93.

Third-party trademarks, sporting event names, team names and competition logos referenced on pkr93 are the property of their respective owners and are used by pkr93 in a descriptive capacity only.

PKR93 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain a stable, accurate and accessible service, pkr93 does not warrant that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pkr93 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of the pkr93 platform.
• Losses arising from your own errors in placing bets, including selection errors, stake errors or misunderstanding of game rules.
• Losses caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances outside pkr93's reasonable control, including network outages, payment system downtime or force majeure events.
• The accuracy of odds or market information provided on pkr93 for informational purposes — betting decisions are your own responsibility.

PKR93 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on pkr93, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by pkr93 includes registration information (name, date of birth, phone number), transactional data, betting history, device and session data and any communications you have with the pkr93 support team.

PKR93 uses your data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, personalised promotional communications (where you have opted in) and platform improvement. PKR93 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers and where required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

PKR93 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment and must not be used as a means of generating regular income or as a way of recovering financial losses. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every pkr93 member:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your pkr93 account. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you can lose over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you when you have been logged into pkr93 for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from pkr93. Temporary exclusions can be set for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account indefinitely.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic pop-up summaries of your betting activity and net position during active sessions.

To access any of these tools, log into your pkr93 account and navigate to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming, or contact pkr93 support directly. Responsible gaming settings requested by a member will be applied promptly and cannot be reversed during the cooling-off period specified for that tool.

PKR93 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkr93 will provide notice via a notification on the platform or by email to your registered address. The updated Terms will take effect from the date published on this page.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the pkr93 platform and, if you wish, request the closure of your account. Continued use of pkr93 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from your use of the pkr93 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of pkr93. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with authority over pkr93's operations.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2025. They supersede all previous versions of the PKR93 Terms and Conditions.
